Pear & elderflower MARTINI + Boscobel

(Auscousin) English Shrub Rose 

Perfectly formed, upward-facing blooms with a strong myrrh fragrance and delicious hints of elderflower, pear and almond. 



Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into two glasses and decorate with a slice of fresh pear for a summery feel. 
*if you don't have a cocktail shaker use a large jar with a lid.


50ml Vodka
65ml Pear juice
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Elderflower cordial
1 Pear to decorate

 Gin & cucumber LEMONADE + Desdemona

(Auskindling) English Shrub Rose

Exquisitely beautiful, strongly fragrant blooms with hints of lemon and cucumber.


Place all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. use the soda water to top up the glass. Decorate with slices of cucumber for a refreshing touch. 


50ml Gin
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup
Soda water
Cucumber to decorate

frozen strawberry & PROSECCO + Golden Celebration

(Ausgold) English Shrub Rose

Magnificent, cupped blooms with a strong delicious fragrance and hints of Sauternes wine and strawberry.


Blend together all the ingredients with a handful of ice cubes. Pour into a champagne glass and decorate with half a strawberry for a sparkling treat. 


150g Frozen strawberries
140ml Prosecco
1 tbsp Orange juice
1tsp Honey
Fresh strawberries to decorate
