To offer a safe and enjoyable experience, free admission to our Rose Gardens and Plant Centre is with a pre-booked ticket only.

 OPEN DAILY to the public between 9am - 5pm.

If your desired date is sold out please check back regularly as ticket availability is subject to change.

To prevent the spread of Covid-19 we are continuing to wear masks in our indoor spaces and respect social distancing throughout . We ask that you support this decision and help to protect both our visitors and employees by following the guidelines set below.

What you need to know:

  • Bookings available up to 6 people, including children. 
  • Tickets are not needed for visitors under the age of 5.
  • We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of your time slot and leave promptly at the end of your allotted time to enable us to maintain a safe environment for all visitors.
  • Tables for our Restaurant and Tea Room are available on a first come first served basis within the allotted time slot.

Please be aware:

  • Masks are required to be worn indoors. We ask that you respect social distancing.
  • You will be required to provide names and telephone numbers for all attendees over the age of 16 within your booking for Track and Trace.
  • Each attendee will be required to show their ticket on arrival prior to entry to the carpark.
  • We are not currently offering Afternoon Tea.

Why do I need to book?

To help maintain social distancing we have introduced staggered entries and timed ticketing slots for all visitors. Please ensure you adhere to the entry and exit times shown on your booking to ensure we can provide a safe experience for all.

Do children need a ticket?

All visitors, including children over 5 years old must have a pre-booked ticket.

Will I need to print my tickets?

Each visitor will be required to show their ticket on arrival prior to entry to the car park. Please have these ready on your phone or on a print-out where they will be scanned at the kiosk in the carpark.

I have an afternoon tea voucher or would like to purchase one will I be able to use it?

Whilst we are not currently taking any new or re-arranged bookings for Afternoon Tea, all existing vouchers can be redeemed against food and drink purchased at both our Restaurant and Tea Room, as well as in our Plant Centre.

You’re fully booked. Will you be releasing more tickets?

Tickets are currently limited to allow visitors to enjoy our spaces safely. We are unable to provide a waiting list, however availability will be updated regularly on our website so we recommend checking back often as space may become available.
