I ordered two of the same rose to be sent as 50th anniversary gifts.
One arrived in perfect condition. The other one not so. Apparently the box was ripped and the rose had dried out very badly. When our friends planted it it was very droopy. After watering it for a week it slightly recovered.
It was disappointing to have a gift delivered not at its best.

          Unhappy plant

Received as a gift last year but appeared in poor condition. Despite repotting & care it didn’t improve. Couldn’t obtain a replacement as the receipt was unavailable. This year it’s leaves came through “feathery” and is stunted & looks like a miniature rose.
          Very disappointed.
