Before your rose is packed, it is individually selected and inspected by hand by our experienced nursery team. From lifting and grading to careful packing, every step is carried out with meticulous attention to detail, helping ensure your rose arrives in excellent condition and ready to flourish.

If your rose fails to establish within five years of purchase, our rose experts will work with you to understand what has happened. Often, a little guidance is all that is needed to help a rose recover. If a replacement is the best solution, we'll arrange one as quickly as possible.
Every garden is different, so each claim is considered individually, with the same care and attention we give to growing our roses. Our aim is always the same, to help you enjoy a healthy, flourishing rose for years to come.

Our guarantee covers roses purchased directly from David Austin Roses that fail to establish within five years of purchase. Every claim is carefully reviewed by our rose experts before a replacement is arranged where appropriate.
The guarantee is valid for five years from the date of purchase.
We'll ask for your order number together with clear photographs showing the condition of your rose. This allows our rose experts to assess your claim as quickly as possible.
If your original variety is unavailable, we'll recommend a suitable alternative of equal value wherever possible.
Each claim is assessed individually by our Customer Services team, who will be happy to advise you based on your circumstances.
Not always. Many common rose problems can be resolved with the right care. Before arranging a replacement, our rose experts will often provide advice to help your rose recover.
If you believe your rose is a David Austin® variety, our team may be able to identify it from photographs, although this is not always possible.
