During the summer months, we always aim to send your roses with a lovely mix of buds and blooms wherever possible. Please bear in mind that the stage and size of these will vary from variety to variety, and some plants may have been recently pruned or deadheaded to keep them looking their best. If your rose arrives without buds or blooms, there's no need to worry - we're right in the heart of the growing season, and there's plenty of time ahead for new blooms to appear.

Potted roses are available all year round and can be planted at any time of the year.
Aside from extreme weather, roses can be planted at any time during the year. The extreme weather conditions that we advise against planting in are when the ground is frozen, water-logged or during a drought.
Our 5 Year Guarantee covers any roses that fail to thrive when planted and cared for correctly within five years of purchase. This guarantee applies to roses purchased directly from David Austin®.
