        Very Fast Climber!

planted as a bare root in Nov 2024 and this climber has very quickly covered a lot of space on my fence. Photo below taken in July 2025. It has grown even more since then. It hasn’t flowered profusely but this is its first year so I’m giving it a chance to establish itself.

        Exceptional

I purchased two Sombreuil which I planted on each side of my house on the corner with one side getting slightly more sun than the other. I cannot believe the growth on this stunning rose. I had never seen one before but fell in love with it’s description online. It is truly a stunning ivory shade fading into a gentle, but elegant white. The scent however is utterly exquisite!! It fills a large area with both myself and my partner describing it like a very attractive sun lotion in the most joyful and loveliest of scents. The growth for its first year alone (fabulous) has reached 7ft whilst the other following closely behind. It’s very healthy, Constantly in bloom, I’m utterly in love. 10/10. Thank you David Austin for such good quality and retaining this magnificent rose.
